OMB Productions is a company specializing in quality sound and lighting. When great care has been taken to organize an event, you want the sound to be as elegant as the occasion. At OMB we specialize in prompt, discreet, and polite service, providing clear, beautiful, high-quality sound and lighting for concerts, corporate parties, seminars, festivals, and conferences. We are often told that we do the best sound in the Northwest and we believe that this is often true -- though our respect for some of our competitors (and friends) is very high.

We specialize in voice and acoustic instruments, but also can do some hot slider work for electric instrumentation. We are equipped to handle venues with capacities from 100 to 10,000. Live concert recording is available. In addition to sound and lights, OMB produces concerts and festivals, and we can provide any of the elements of concert and festival production.

We do the Freedom Fair Airshow and the Dragon Boat races on the Tacoma waterfront on the 4th of July. We do the Mason County Fair, the Kittitas County Fair, the Tukwila Days Festival, the SeaTac International Festival, the Edmonds Summer Concerts in the Park series, the SeaTac Summer Concert Series, the Tukwila Summer Concert Series, the Long Beach Bluegrass Festival, the Gig Harbor Folk Festival (and we did the Diggin' the Gig Jazz festivals there years ago), and Westfest in West Seattle. We do the Maritime Festival and the Blessing of the Fleet in Gig Harbor, the Maritime Festival in Tacoma, the North Coast Folk Festival in Ocean Shores, and the reawakened Pine Stump Symphony in Winthrop.

We have done the Mt. St. Helens Bluegrass Festival for the last twenty years, the Juan de Fuca Festival of the Arts for the last seventeen years, the Olalla Bluegrass Festival for the last seventeen years. We did the Heritage Festival for King county for seventeen years until its demise, the Stevenson (Columbia Gorge) Bluegrass for ten years, and the Darrington Bluegrass Festival Festival Festival for seventeen years. We have gone east as far as Owensboro Ky. and south as far as Branson Mo. to do shows, (the IBMA and the Branson Bluegrass Breakout in this case). We can do both lights and sound and indeed any festival or concert production details that you would like us to take on. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor. 

If the quality of the sound is important to you, and it isn’t to everyone, then perhaps we are the people for whom you have been looking. We use high fidelity systems and specialize in accurate reproduction. We offer a range of dress from tie-dye to tux. We are cheerful, civilized, easy to have around, and we always care about the show.
